By downloading, installing, or using ClotVPN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ClotVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through secure servers. The service includes both free community servers and premium servers operated by ClotVPN.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ClotVPN for:
- Any illegal activities or purposes
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights
- Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our service
- Torrenting copyrighted material
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Server capacity limitations
- Network connectivity issues
- Force majeure events
Free servers are provided on a best-effort basis through community projects and may be subject to availability changes beyond our control.

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the property of ClotVPN and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOTVPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
